We were there for New Year's Eve after not going for a while and were disappointed, expensive prices, only one room (the Latin one which we don't like) for those who hadn't booked a table... and two rooms available but closed... three others that usually remained connected were instead isolated, significantly reducing the possibility of sitting down or even just walking around and secluded, last but not least, a group of agitated immigrants, one of whom was bleeding from the hand...sadness

I am describing an episode and leaving the comment to you: on the night of the New Year's Eve I book a table with my wife including a bottle of sparkling wine and panettone to consume for the midnight toast. After the usual exchange of greetings we go into the room to dance and after 20 minutes of "jumping" I return to the table to rest and sip more of the remaining sparkling wine and I notice that the bottle with its basket was no longer present. I would like to point out that this happens at 01.00 and before leaving the table unattended to go dancing, the dining room staff passed between the tables to check the contents of the bottle and to remove it if it had been empty with the relative basket. I ask the staff for information if they were the ones who took it away due to their mix-up and they tell me that they didn't take it and I point out that a "stranger" doesn't take the bottle with the basket but only the bottle. I was advised to report the incident to the restaurant manager and he coldly and detachedly informed me that there was nothing he could do about it and that if I needed another bottle or glass of sparkling wine, to pay for it. I walk away "thanking him for his response". Conclusion: as I said initially, I leave it to you to comment on this event and the behavior of the director However, I wish a happy and peaceful new year to all the staff.
